Life Without Dust LLC

By booking services with Life Without Dust LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you
(“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Life Without Dust LLC provides residential and/or commercial cleaning services as agreed upon at the time of booking. Services are limited to those listed in the service agreement or booking confirmation.

Any additional services requested at the time of service may result in additional charges.

2. Scheduling & Access

  • Client agrees to provide safe and timely access to the premises at the scheduled time.
  • If cleaners are unable to access the property, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation and charged accordingly.
  • Pets must be secured during service unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are based on the size, condition, and scope of work at the time of booking.
    Prices are not based on time.
  • Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition of the property differs significantly from what was disclosed.
  • A deposit of $53.00 will be charged at the time of booking in accordance with our cancellation and rescheduling policy, and applied to the total price of the service once service has been completed.
  • Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit Card (preferred).
  • Late payments may be subject to fees.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid loss of deposit.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit deposit of $53.00..
  • Late reschedule will forfeit the original deposit of $53.00 and A new deposit in the same amount will be applied to the account.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If Client is not satisfied with the service, they must notify the Company within 24 hours of service completion.
  • The Company will re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the Company’s discretion.

6. Damage & Liability

  • Life Without Dust LLC is insured.
  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.
  • We are not responsible for:
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improperly installed items
  • Items not disclosed as fragile or valuable

7. Safety & Environment

  • Client agrees to maintain a safe working environment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop service due to unsafe conditions, including but not limited to biohazards, aggressive animals, or hazardous materials.

8. Supplies & Equipment

  • We provide standard cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed.
  • If Client requests the use of their own supplies, we are not responsible for performance or damage resulting from those products.

9. Breakage & Valuables

  • Client agrees to secure or remove valuables and fragile items prior to service.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to unsecured valuables.

10. Lockouts & Alarms

  • Client is responsible for providing correct entry instructions.
  • Additional fees may apply for lockouts or delays.
  • Client must disable alarms or provide instructions in advance.

11. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

12. Privacy

Client information is kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes. We do not sell or share personal information.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.

14. Acceptance

By booking or receiving services from Life Without Dust LLC, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
